Detainees desperately need diversion, meaningful activities.  Share your enthusiasm.  Share your hobby.  Present a short course as you design it.  This minimum security facility will work with volunteer speakers and trainers of all stripes.  Opportunities can be tailored to your specialty, your schedule.
