Be one of Maryland’s world class Ambassadors at dynamic, bustling BWI! Our volunteers offer guidance regarding airport services, Maryland tourism & info, public transportation options, directions to regional destinations and hotel reservations. Each volunteer offers at least one 4-hour shift every two weeks at the Welcome Center desk (located lower level concourse).

The Center is open daily from 9am til 6pm. Volunteers enjoy free parking, invitations to Maryland Familiarization tours and the satisfaction of genuinely helping visitors to our great State! Basic Personal Computer and language skills are useful.

Volunteers are also needed at the nearby I-95 North & I-95 South Welcome Centers as well as Maryland’s State House in Annapolis.
