We are ready to take orders for Phoenix Society logo shirts. Our first offering is a polo shirt, since it was the most popular item in our earlier survey. Other items may be added later.

PLEASE NOTE: All shirts are white with a Kelly Green logo.

The shirts are available in Women's Medium, Large and Xtra Large and Men's Medium, Large, Xtra Large, and XXL. All shirts are priced the same at $23.00 except Men's XXL which is $26.00. Shirts will be shipped individually at $5.00 each. If you can pick up your shirt in the Phoenix office you will avoid the shipping cost. Shirts are also available to view or try on in the Phoenix office. PLEASE USE THE PRINTABLE ORDER FORM. Shirts cannot be ordered from our supplier until payment is received.
